THE DOJO WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND, and RE-OPEN ON TUESDAY!

It’s that time of year again! (Hopefully mother nature is kind to us this year) Time to show your school spirit and march with us in the Holbrook Memorial Day Parade! Wear your dojo t shirts and meet us at the dojo by 10 am on Monday May 28, from there we will walk down to Holbrook Plaza (Momma’s Restaurant) to meet with the parade coordinator.

We will march south along Main Street to the corner of Furrows Road, west on Furrows Road to Grundy Avenue, and then south on Grundy Avenue to the Holbrook Vietnam Monument on the corner of Grundy and Terry Road where there will be a brief remembrance ceremony.  The parade of march is approximately 1.15 miles and takes approximately 25-30 minutes.  The ceremony begins at approximately 11:30 a.m.

And last but not least we will be not only unveiling our ANNUAL LIMITED EDITION T SHIRT DESIGN, we will be giving one away for FREE to one lucky parade participant! Get there early and get your chance to WIN ONE OF THESE AWESOME T SHIRTS, and get ’em while they last – because when they are gone, they are gone for good!

We look forward to seeing you all there for the parade and thank you in advance for your continued support!

Holiday Party 2017 and Closing Dates

It’s that time of year already! Time to get together and have some FUN!

Our annual Holiday party for the kids will be held on Friday December 22nd for the following age groups;

4-7 year olds 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

8 – 12 year olds 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

There will be no classes on Friday December 22nd. The kids can wear street clothes that they can run and play in, and if you would like to bring something you may sign up at the Dojo! (Remember we get ALOT of stuff to eat, so don’t go crazy 😉 )

Please also note that we will be CLOSED for our regular classes from Saturday December 23rd through Monday January 1st and re open on Tuesday January 2nd for our regularly scheduled classes.

When we return, after all the festivities, food and family…

Get back on the mat.

Enjoy your holiday responsibly

We will be closed for the Holiday on Tuesday July Fourth. Please be safe and exercise common sense and caution during your celebration of our independence.

And then on Wednesday the fifth…get back on the mat.

It’s that time of year…a parade and a contest.

Come march with us in the Holbrook Memorial Day Parade and get a chance to win FREE STUFF!

Every year we come out to honor our fallen soldiers and show our school spirit by marching in the Holbrook parade. And now we start a new tradition, with our one time a year, limited edition school T-shirts coming out at the same time of the year. Everyone who comes out to march with us gets a chance to win a 2017 Cutting Edge Kempo limited edition school T-shirt! This years design promises to be even hotter than last years so don’t miss out, as I only have one run of these shirts printed and then they are gone for good!

What will this years design be?

We will be meeting in front of the Dojo at 10:00 am on Monday May 29th, where we will walk down the road to the Holbrook Plaza around 10:30 am. From there the parade should commence approximately 11:00 am.

Wear your Cutting Edge Kempo T-Shirts to show everyone your school spirit!

We invite all moms, dads, brothers, sisters, cousins of our extended Cutting Edge Kempo Karate family to come and join in the festivities, and remember everyone who marches gets a chance at a new limited edition T-shirt!

See you at the parade!

*** Don’t forget, we will be closed for the Memorial Day weekend. There will be NO CLASSES on Saturday May 27th, Sunday May 28th, or Monday May 29th. We re-open for classes on the 30th. ***
