I’ve been training here for almost 20 years and have no plans of stopping any time soon. Our system isn’t flashy, nor is it “pretty” so if you’re looking for a place to break boards and learn how to flip, or if you’re looking to try and “get” a black belt in a couple years, this is not the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place to learn practical self defense techniques for real life scenarios, then look no further. I have learned so much over these years, but there is still so much more to learn. There are classes for people of all ages, with the youngest being around 4-5 years old. The kids, in addition to learning how to defend themselves, also learn important life skills such as discipline, respect, and self control, not to mention will play games that also focus on fitness and skill, while being fun too. I have visited other dojos and while some have been good, and others not so much, cutting edge Kempo remains the best. Come get on the mat with us!
