My girl has been going to Kempo since she was five. They are good people who gently teach discipline and the art without fear and without gymnastics. She says it’s fun too. They have a trial rate of $49 for 2 months that includes the cost of the uniform.

I joined recently too. It’s a great exercise where I get more out of it than just a workout. I walk away leaner, stronger and safer.
